What is your refund policy?

If you miss the free trial deadline:

To give you plenty of time to explore TherapyAssist, we offer a 14-day free trial. If you decide the platform isn't the right fit for your practice, simply cancel before Day 14 to avoid any charges. 

If you happen to miss the trial deadline and see a subscription charge, don't worry—just reach out to our support team at support@therapyassist.com within 7 days of the transaction, and we will happily process a full refund for you. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for requests made after this 7-day window. 

After an annual renewal charge:

To keep your billing transparent and fair, we offer a 7-day grace period following your renewal charge. If you miss this deadline and choose to cancel within 7 days of being billed, simply reach out to our support team at support@therapyassist.com for a full refund, provided no new resources have been assigned or downloaded since the renewal date.

If you decide to cancel after the 7-day window, we will happily offer you a prorated refund for any remaining, unused months of your subscription. Please note that for this calculation, any months already used during your active annual cycle will be billed at our standard monthly rate rather than the discounted annual rate, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your card on file.
