What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You will have access until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account enters a 14-day "inactive" period. During this time, all features will be locked, but you will still be able to log in and browse the library (without opening resources).
You can reactivate your account at any point during these 14 days to restore your data. If you do not reactivate within the 14-day window, all data—including client records if you're on the Pro plan—will be permanently deleted.
