How can I manage email notifications?

Email notifications are on by default for all your clients, so you’ll receive an email each time a client completes a resource. You can change this in your settings or on each client’s profile page.

  1. Settings. On the top right of your screen, hover over the icon with your initials and click “Notifications” from the drop-down menu. There, you’ll be able to turn notifications on and off for all clients, or you can customize notifications on a client-by-client basis.
  2. Client Profile Page. Go to your client’s profile page and switch the Email Notifications toggle on/off on the top right of your screen.
