What do I do if my client hasn’t received their invite via email?

If your client has not received their invitation email, please follow these steps: 

  1. Verify the Email Address: 

    Double-check that the email address is correct. To do this, go to the Clients tab, select the relevant client from the list, and review the email address provided. You can edit the address by clicking the pencil icon next to it.

  2. Resend Invitation:

    To resend an invitation, navigate to the Clients tab and select the corresponding client. Then, click the Resend Invitation link. Please note that this option is only available if the client has not yet accepted the invitation and created an account.

  3. Instruct Client to Search Their Inbox: 

    If the email address is accurate, ask your client to search for an email from do-not-reply@therapyassist.com with the subject “[TherapyAssist] Create Your Account.” Be sure to have them check their spam or junk folder as well, in case the email was filtered there. 

  4. Password Reset Option: 

    If your client still cannot locate the email, provide them with the following link to reset their password: Password Reset Link. This will send them an email with a link to create a new password and access their account. 

Once your client successfully creates their account and logs in, you will see a date in the "Last Access" field within their client profile, confirming their account setup.
