How do I manage my client’s profile page?
After you send an invitation to your client, a new client record will appear on your caseload dashboard. Clicking on it will open your client’s profile page. On the top section of the page, you will be able to add your client’s presenting problem(s), send resources to your client, choose whether to receive email notifications when that client completes a task, and remove the client from your caseload. On the bottom section of the page, you’ll be able to see all the resources you have assigned to your client over time.
