What does TherapyAssist look like for my clients?
Your clients will see a simplified version of the platform. On the top navigation bar, they will be able to toggle between their task list, their favorites page, FAQs, and their account settings.
Their task list will replicate exactly what you see when you open their profile page: An ACTIVE tab featuring all new and started tasks and a PAST tab featuring all completed tasks.
On their Favorites page, they will see a list of resources they have marked as favorites.
In their account settings, they will be able to update their name, email address, and password; add a phone number if desired; set up 2-factor authentication (2FA); and delete their account.
