What happens when I delete a client account?

When you delete a client account, the account will be pending deactivation for 5 days while we process your request. After the 5 days elapse, their account and all associated data will be permanently deleted, and a new client slot will become available to you.

If you wish to reactivate your client’s account, you can do so before the 5 processing days elapse. Go to their profile page and click the “Reactivate Client” link on the top right.
