Where can I cancel my subscription?
On the top right of your screen, hover over the icon with your initials and click Plan & Billing from the drop-down menu. There, you’ll see your current plan and a link to cancel your paid subscription plan.
When you cancel your plan, you may continue to use your account until the end of your billing cycle. Please note that we do not offer refunds on annual subscriptions.
Once your billing cycle ends, your account will be retained as inactive with limited functionality for thirty days, after which all your data (including your clients' data) will be permanently deleted. You may restore full site functionality and retain your data by resubscribing before your account gets deleted.
Free trials will expire automatically once your thirty days have elapsed, and your account and data will be deleted thirty days after that. If you wish to cancel your free trial before the end of your thirty days, you can email support@therapyassist.com with your request.
