Where can I cancel my subscription?
On the top right of your screen, hover over the icon with your initials and click Plan & Billing from the drop-down menu. There, you’ll see your current plan and a link to cancel your paid subscription plan.
If you have a paid subscription and choose to cancel that plan, your account will be deleted at the end of the current billing cycle.
Free trials will expire automatically once your thirty days have elapsed, and your account and data will be deleted thirty days after that. If you wish to cancel your free trial before the end of your thirty days, you can email therapyassist-support@newharbinger.com with your request.
