What happens if my payment is late or fails?
If a payment fails, our payment processing provider (Stripe) will attempt to rebill you twice. If both attempts fail, your account will become inactive and remain so for 30 days. During that time, the following actions will be unavailable:
- Inviting new clients
- Assigning new resources
- Reviewing completed resources
- Adding resources to workbooks
- Downloading/printing resources from the Library
Your clients’ accounts will also be inactive.
If you don’t update your billing details before the 30 days elapse, your account, your clients’ accounts, and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
