When I try to invite my client I get the error message, “This email is invalid” but the email address is accurate. What’s going on?

There are two reasons you may encounter this error: Either your client already has a TherapyAssist account with this email address (with a different therapist), or they are a therapist with a TherapyAssist account for use with clients. In either case, we suggest using a different email address to invite them.
