What happens if I exceed the client limit of my Part-Time Plan?
You will receive an email notification prompting you to either upgrade your plan or remove a client from your list. If you don’t take either action before the end of your current billing cycle, your plan will be automatically upgraded on your next billing date. Please note that this only applies to users on a monthly subscription.
If you are on a yearly plan and exceed your client limit, your plan will be automatically upgraded after five days, and you will be charged a prorated amount based on the months you have left on your annual subscription.
